Comprehensive concussion and whiplash recovery program
Some people need more than one type of treatment. At Hemi, we create an individual treatment plan where the relevant specialists work together on a single, unified approach.

Our most comprehensive program
This is the program for you who want a thorough and holistic approach.
Concussions and whiplash can be complex conditions where several factors can affect how you feel and what it takes to move forward. Therefore, it does not always make sense to focus on one symptom or one treatment at a time.
Instead, we look at your entire situation and tailor the treatment based on what is relevant specifically for you. This means that different interventions can be integrated from the start and adjusted along the way as your needs change or you make progress.
You therefore do not get a standard solution, but a treatment with a clear direction, where the individual parts are connected and support what you want to achieve. The goal is not more treatment. The goal is the right combination of treatment.
Is this relevant to you?
This program may be relevant if:

The symptoms affect several parts of your life
You want one unified treatment plan
You are tired of having to figure out the next step on your own
You are experiencing physical, mental, or emotional challenges
You want multiple disciplines gathered in one place
You want to return to work, studies, or daily life
You want an individual plan that can be adjusted along the way

Why patients choose a comprehensive treatment program
We believe that a thorough assessment and an accurate diagnosis are essential to providing targeted treatment.

Multiple specialists – one direction
Many people with a concussion or whiplash find that they receive conflicting advice from different sources.
At Hemi, we work from a single, unified plan with shared goals, ensuring that treatment is cohesive across all disciplines.

We treat the whole situation
After a concussion or whiplash, many areas of life can be affected. This may include physical activity, concentration, mental fatigue, or challenges at work. These factors are often interconnected, which is why we look at your entire situation rather than just a single symptom.

The goal is not necessarily to eliminate all symptoms. Depending on your needs, your treatment plan may involve a physiotherapist, pain specialist, neuropsychologist, nurse, and a neurologist or doctor if required.
All specialists work from the same overarching plan to ensure your treatment is cohesive.

Support between consultations
Progress isn't just made during consultations.
You can stay in touch with your treatment team via chat if you have any questions, feel uncertain, or need guidance along the way.
When challenges are interconnected
Many people find that symptoms develop into more than just symptoms. Perhaps you have become unsure about how much you are allowed to do.
Perhaps your concentration has worsened. Perhaps worries are taking up more space than before. Or perhaps you find that work, studies, or family life have become harder to manage.
In these situations, it is often not a single treatment that makes the difference.
It is the combined effort.

What is the goal of the program?
For many people, progress is not just about having fewer symptoms. It is about getting more of your life back.
This could be:
- Returning to work or studies
- Being able to be more physically active
- Getting more energy in your daily life
- Being able to participate more in family life and social activities
- Gaining greater trust in your body and your own abilities
We base our approach on the goals that matter most to you.

An active program focused on lasting improvements
This is our most comprehensive program for concussion and whiplash. It requires time, commitment, and active participation. Most patients have 10–20 consultations over several months, where we work purposefully on the areas that affect your daily life.
The goal is not a quick fix, but lasting improvements in areas such as quality of life, energy, activity levels, sleep, returning to work, and self-confidence. These are the areas we monitor and work on throughout the entire process.

No fixed packages or long-term commitments
We do not work with standard packages or a predetermined number of consultations. You only pay for the consultations you need.
If your program includes more than one consultation, you automatically receive a 20% program discount compared to the list price.

Kind words from our clients
Patient experiences speak louder than words – here they share their stories.
"It was a huge help that I could get an appointment within the same week and didn't need a referral. All in all, my experience at Hemi was absolutely fantastic, and my meeting with the specialist was both very personal and professional."
"I was in safe hands with specialists who truly understood my situation. The digital solution meant that help was always within reach."
"Receiving treatment online has worked surprisingly well. It has been optimal to be able to sit at home and avoid both waiting time and driving back and forth. Especially on days when my head feels heavy."
"In just a few months, my quality of life has improved significantly. Through my conversations with the headache nurse, I have become more aware of my own thought patterns and the fear I have of the next migraine attack."
