How extensive is a treatment plan?
There is no fixed number of consultations that fits everyone. Most people have between 2 and 6 follow-up consultations as part of their medical treatment plan. Some find the right treatment quickly, while others need to try several different medications along the way.
Between consultations, you can message your care team through our app. This allows us to follow up, answer questions, and make minor adjustments without necessarily requiring a new consultation.
A medical treatment plan typically lasts 1-4 months and costs a total of around 3,000-6,000 DKK, depending on how many consultations you need.
You book and pay for only one consultation at a time and are not committed to a specific number of sessions. When you attend regularly, you automatically receive our treatment plan pricing. Once we have found the right treatment and you are well-supported, we can conclude your care with us. From that point on, you can generally have your prescriptions renewed by your own GP.

Yes. There is no commitment to a specific number of consultations. We plan the next steps together as we go, and the process concludes when it makes sense.
If your treatment plan includes more than one consultation, you automatically receive a 20% discount compared to the list price. The discount applies to a continuous treatment plan where there is generally no more than 6 weeks between consultations.
Yes. For most people, the entire process takes place digitally. This means you can receive close follow-up from a doctor, neurologist, and nurse from home, without the need for travel or waiting times.
